Complimentary Chef or Nutrition Consultation: Meet with our team to assess your food needs. We will discuss your nutritional needs, what your family loves to eat and their food preferences.


Select your meals from our suggested menus, with guidance from us to meet your nutritional needs. You can also request any favorite recipes to be prepared. Menus vary seasonally.


Examples of specific food customizations: cancer, diabetes, vegetarian, vegan, gluten- free, low sodium, immune supportive, anti-inflammatory, paleo, keto.

Pickup or Delivery to your home. Pickup from our Oakland kitchen. Delivery within 5 miles of our kitchen delivery is $50. Delivery price outside of our delivery area will vary based on distance.


Cost of groceries is additional, and varies depending on what you like to eat. We shop at the finest markets for top-notch ingredients.


Meals are prepared in the safety of our commercial kitchen in Oakland. We will prepare and package your meals in labeled and dated containers with reheating instructions.

NOTE:  We primarily shop at what we believe are the best places around, with good food at reasonable prices – Monterey Market, Magnani, Berkeley Bowl, Tokyo Fish, and Monterey Fish. The best ingredients make the healthiest and most flavorful cooking.  The healthy meals we create will help your body absorb important nutrients. Food is the best medicine, and we know how to use it.

  • Spiced Lamb Kebab with Roasted Tomato, Cinnamon and Ginger Jam df, gf

    • Sides: Couscous with Toasted Almonds & Cranberries and Grilled Summer Vegetables

  • Bistro Red Wine Braised Chicken with Pearl Onions & Cremini Mushrooms df

    • Sides: Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Cauliflower Gratin

  • French Green Lentil Stew with Butternut Squash, Red Bell Pepper & Carrots gf, vegetarian Option: add bacon
