Our Services

We design a weekly menu, crafted with your favorite foods, to make life a little bit easier and more convenient, and to connect to the power of good nutrition!

We also provide menus to promote good health and healing, from acute and chronic illnesses. Under our nutrition consultant’s guidance, our chefs create recipes to meet the dietary needs of those fighting disease, or other illnesses like hypertension and coronary disease.  

It’s as easy as one – two – three

One: We have a nutrition and lifestyle consultation to learn more about your nutrition needs and preferences.

Two: We also learn what type of cooking style works for you, simple to complex, nightly 30-minute meals, batch cooking and reheating, or some combination of both.

Three: Provide Menus, Recipes and a Shopping List based on household needs and batch cooking preferences. Menus can be updated at your desired frequency.

NOTE: We recommend shopping at what we believe are the best places around, with good food at reasonable prices. If you are in the Berkeley area, we recommend Monterey Market, Magnani, Berkeley Bowl, Tokyo Fish, and Monterey Fish. The best ingredients make the healthiest and most flavorful cooking.  The healthy meals we create will help your body absorb important nutrients. Food is the best medicine, and we know how to use it. Menus will be made for your desired level of complexity in the kitchen and will incorporate batch cooking if desired.

Sample Weekly Menu

  • Seared Pork Tenderloin with Peach Thyme Sauce df gf

    • Sides: Sautéed Green Beans with Garlic & Ginger and Baked Sweet Potato Mash

  • Spiced Lamb Kebab with Roasted Tomato, Cinnamon and Ginger Jam df, gf

    • Sides: Couscous with Toasted Almonds & Cranberries and Grilled Summer Vegetables

  • Bistro Red Wine Braised Chicken with Pearl Onions & Cremini Mushrooms df

    • Sides: Rosemary Roasted Potatoes and Cauliflower Gratin

  • French Green Lentil Stew with Butternut Squash, Red Bell Pepper & Carrots gf, vegetarian Option: add bacon

    • Sides: Green Beans, Goat or Sheep Feta Cheese & Cherry Tomatoes and Braised Beets & Onions with Herbs

  • Watercress, Potato and Leek Soup vegan Option: add cream

    • Sides: Oven Braised Mushrooms with Garlic & Thyme and Vegan Zucchini, Spinach & Asparagus Cashew Gratin
