For 8 adults & 6 kids or 10 adults: carved whole turkey, 11-12 lbs
For 6 adults & 4 kids or 8 adults: carved whole turkey, 8-9 lbs
For 3 adults & 2 kids or 4 adults: carved half a turkey, 4-4.5 lbs
Made with golden-brown cornbread and homemade pork sausage, combined with perfectly sautéed onions, celery, and mushrooms, seasoned with garlic, thyme, parsley, and sage. Homemade turkey stock gives this stuffing its depth of flavor. Optional to add home-made pork sausage!

A twist on the original, fresh cranberries are braised with organic orange zest and juice, along with red wine, cinnamon, and star anise.

Made with a mixed-mushroom stock, herbs and vegetables, cooked to preserve the delicate flavor of the mushrooms, reduced and thickened with a toasty roux to achieve a velvety smooth.
