Kale Miso Caesar Salad Tender kale tossed with a miso lemon dressing, topped with avocado, celery and toasted pumpkin seeds. Options: mustard marinated chicken or bacon or crispy tempeh vegan with tempeh
Chicken a la Provençale Chicken thighs stew with bell peppers, tomatoes & oregano, served with basmati rice or couscous and roasted cauliflower with pine nuts & brown butter. gluten-free with rice
Chickpea & Vegetable Tagine Moroccan spices melded with chickpeas, cauliflower, butternut squash & tomatoes, served with couscous or basmati rice and spinach & arugula salad with toasted almonds & sherry vinaigrette gluten=free with rice
Food arrives ready to serve and includes serving utensils and disposable chafing dishes, when needed.
