Prices: Small for $40 (4-6 people) or Large for $70 (8-10 people)

Centuries ago, wooden logs decorated with holly, pinecones, or ivy were burned in families’ homes at the end of the winter season to cleanse the air and welcome the start of the new year. This tradition morphed into bûche de Noël, the now classic French holiday dessert. The bûche de Noël is a rolled, filled sponge cake, frosted and adorned with meringue mushrooms and edible décor to resemble a Yule log.

Our own Chef Gaby cherishes his childhood memories of growing up in France, looking forward to this special holiday treat all year long. He’s delighted to bring this tradition to you and making it a part of the memories you make with your family and friends this holiday season.

Chef Gaby will be making two versions of this delectable dessert, all available gluten free upon request.
