The Hippy Gourmet TV Show

……is a weekly, 30-minute Public Television Series that airs nationally on PBS, Dish Network Channel 9415 (FSTV), syndicated television, globally through YouTube, and locally in the San FranciscoBay Area on “Your TV 20” KOFY (cable ch. 13). The show is based in the Gourmet Ghetto neighborhood of Berkeley, but also travels the world highlighting organic food and chefs, sustainable agriculture, alternative energy and people making a difference for a better world. First we meet up with Barry Walters, the owner of Awaroa Lodge, and do some sustainable net fishing and cockle digging! Then off to the piazza style kitchen to meet Selena Walters the Executive Chef, to make a delicious Fettucine with Clams!
