Responsibilities:

assist at least at 6 classes a year
arrive 1,5 hours before class (tell us if work conflicts with this- life happens)
before class:
1. setting up the class room
  1. set out chairs
  2. put recipe pack on clip boards & onto the chairs
  3. put together the cheese tray
  4. make citrus waterssetting up the recipes
2. setting up the recipes
  - wash all produce
  - measure & prepare ingredients to the chef’s instructions
  - gather all tools & cooking equipment
during class:
1. help with any special projects from instructor
2. cook along with all the students
3. help find tools & kitchen equipment for chef & students
4. tidy up work stations
5. do a few dishes
6. eat delicious food (that you helped prepare)
after class:
1. finish doing dishes & put them away
2. clean down work areas
3. put away chairs & clip boards
4. sweep floor
